OSTCHEM plants produced 850,000 tons of mineral fertilizers in 1H 2025

In the first half of 2025, OSTCHEM nitrogen plants, part of Group DF, produced 849.9 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers, which is 7.5% less than the same period last year. The decrease in production volumes was caused by forced equipment shutdowns at Cherkasy “Azot” during Q1 and unstable energy supply. To compensate for reduced output at Cherkasy, production volumes increased by 40.9% at “Rivneazot”. OSTCHEM’s key priority remains ensuring stable fertilizer supply to Ukrainian farmers amid challenging wartime conditions, alongside investments in energy efficiency and production stability.
